As our new Marketing Associate, your primary goal will be to fuel our mission of being the most outstanding community radio stations in the southeast. The Role:

Your responsibility as a Marketing Associate will entail initiating, planning, and executing marketing strategies to enhance our audience engagement and maintain our high standard of community communication. You'll work directly with members of our organization and the community to understand local trends, demographics, and marketing opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analysis and research of our current market trends and competitors

- Development and implementation of marketing strategies

- Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of these strategies

- Working with our outstanding marketing team to support the delivery of customers to local companies and businesses

Requirements:
